On April 14, 2013 ESCADA presented the ESCADA Spring/Summer 2013 collection in the courtyard of the shopping mall Roppongi Hills in Tokyo. The event also coincided with the 10th anniversary of the mall. 300 exclusive guests attended the event, amongst these were VIP customers, fashion bloggers, stylists, the Japanese models Noriko Maeda, Reiko Takagaki, MAIKO, Azusa Yoshikawa, Yumiko Takaoka, Miyako Miyazaki, Kelly and Emi Renata, as well as fashion commentator Don Konishi. The fashion show featured 42 looks of the new ESCADA Spring/Summer 2013 collection. As a special appearance, the famous Japanese singer and model Sumire presented three looks of the new collection together with Mr. Japan Takayuki Suzuki and also held a performance before the fashion show.

On March April 11, 2013 ESCADA and De Rigo Vision invited some 200 guests from fashion, culture, economy and society to present the winning style of the ESCADA Eyewar Design contest and winner Fedora Mednard (23), fashion design student from Hamburg at the ESCADA Flagship Store in Munich. Bruno Saelzer (CEO ESCADA SE), Daniel Wingate (Fashion Director ESCADA und ESCADA SPORT) and Paolo Zardini (Eyewear Designer De Rigo Vision Vision) were hosts of the evening.

On March 21, 2013 the famous premium department store Saks Fifth Avenue NY, the fashion magazine VOGUE and ESCADA invited some 100 guests from fashion, culture, economy and society to a presentation of the ESCADA Spring/Summer 2013 Collection. Daniel Wingate, ESCADA Fashion Director attended this unique fashion cocktail. Proceeds of the evening benefitted The New York Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children.

On 19.03.2013 ESCADA celebrated the Grand Opening Party of the ESCADA flagship store at Kurfürstendamm 195 in Berlin as well as the launch of the world’s first ESCADA E-Store. Megha Mittal (Chairman ESCADA SE) and Bruno Sälzer (CEO ESCADA SE) welcomed some 500 guests. Amongst others the international actresses Bérénice Marlohe and Stacy Keibler, as well as the German models Franziska Knuppe and Sara Nuru, the German actresses Mina Tander, Dennenesch Zoudé, Julia Malik and Stefanie Stappenbeck celebrated this special occasion. Highlight of the evening was a vintage auction in cooperation with the auction house NEUMEISTER. 16 selected auction items of the 35-year history of ESCADA were acquired live at the event, as well as online on ESCADA.com. The proceeds of the auction of 20,000 Euros will be donated to the non-profit organization DKMS LIFE and their program for cancer patients.

On March 13, 2013 the famous Raleigh hotel’s penthouse was restaged to host an ESCADA spring/summer 2013 fashion show. As this collection is inspired by Miami’s architecture and modern art scene, the location has turned out to be the perfect fit. ESCADA Fashion Director Daniel Wingate welcomed some 65 guests from three neighboring Neiman Marcus stores to a unique presentation of the latest collection.

On December 07, 2012 ESCADA held a Christmas Gala Party and presented the new ESCADA Spring/Summer 2013 collection in a fashion show at the Grand Ballroom of the Grand Hyatt Hotel Tokyo. Amongst the 200 exclusive guests Bruno Sälzer (CEO ESCADA SE) was happy to welcome VIP customers, fashion press and stylists as well as celebrities. Amongst these were Rino Katase (Actress), Noriko Maeda (Model), Kelly (Model), Yu Hayami (Singer), Toru Kazama (Actor) and Don Konishi (Fashion Commentator). As a special appearance famous model Ahn Mika presented two looks of the new Spring/Summer 2013 collection. After the fashion show the guests were able to enjoy champagne, a walking dinner and gospel songs by famous singer team VOJA.

On October 16, 2012 on the occasion of the first anniversary of Lo m+s Barcelona Magazine, more than 350 guests attended an exclusive cocktail to discover an ephemeral installation of spectacular ESCADA couture dresses among the artworks of Francisco Godia Foundation. For this event, ESCADA featured an installation with mannequins showcasing fifteen exceptional gowns, from vintage, current season and even prototypes for 2013.

On September 19, 2012 ESCADA celebrated the re-opening of its ESCADA flagship store with a Grand Opening Party at Chungdam in Seoul, South Korea. Megha Mittal (Chairman ESCADA SE) and Bruno Sälzer (CEO ESCADA SE) welcomed about 300 exclusive guests including Hee Sun Kim, one of the most famous actresses in Asia. Special highlight of the event was an exhibition of some of ESCADA’s most luxurious archive dresses from the last 30 years. The 300 sqm ESCADA store is located in one of the city’s most popular streets, which showcases important international and local luxury brands.The outstanding building with its modern architecture is a true highlight of Chung-dam Street.

From July 3 to August 11, 2012 ESCADA presented the extraordinary window and in-store installation “The World of ESCADA” at KaDeWe Berlin. To start “The World of ESCADA” Ursula Vierkötter (Managing Director KaDeWe), Megha Mittal (Chairman ESCADA SE) and Bruno Sälzer (CEO ESCADA SE) welcomed around 300 national and international guests from fashion, press, economy and society to a summery cocktail at KaDeWe on July 3, 2012.

On July 25, 2012 the famous premium department store Oberpollinger, the lifestyle magazine COVER and ESCADA invited some 250 guests from fashion, culture, economy and society to a Summer Cocktail on the roof top terrace of the department store in the heart of the city of Munich. With this event ESCADA and Oberpollinger celebrated their longtime partnership. On this occasion Cover Fashion Director Carola Niemann put together five „ESCADA selected by COVER for Oberpollinger“ looks of the current ESCADA Fall/Winter 2012 collection, representing the modern elegance, sensual femininity and the cool glamour of the brand.

On July 4, 2012 the ESCADA SPORT Spring/Summer 2013 fashion show officially opened Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Berlin. The ESCADA SPORT Spring/Summer 2013 fashion show presented simply a sublime celebration of color. In search of a real color kick, inspired by a road trip through California past the southern border, across Mexico and arrives in Guatemala - ¡Viva Colores! Some 700 invited guests visited the official tent at Siegessäule. Amongst them numerous national and international celebrities. Along with world-famous rock star Bryan Adams, actress and author Jessica Joffe and the international blogger Hanneli Mustaparta, Franziska Knuppe, Julia Malik, Judith Rakers, Mina Tander, as well as Dennenesch Zoudé  attended the show.

On July 04, 2012 ESCADA showcased the new ESCADA Pre-Fall 2012 collection at the ESCADA store at IFC mall in Hong Kong. Morten Christensen, Managing Director ESCADA Asia Pacific, Alexandra Biron von Curland, Senior Designer ESCADA, and Markus Franzen, Brand Manager ESCADA SPORT, welcomed around 100 exclusive guests to an intimate cocktail party, serving the finest champagne and canapés. Amongst the guests were Vivian Chow, Gaile Lai, Prudence Lau, Bernice Liu, Janice Man, Mikki Yao, Candice Yu, Jocelyn Luko, Carrie Lam and Eydie Tai. The special highlight of the event was a fashion show in a relaxed yet intimate manner, with the latest ESCADA Pre-Fall 2012 looks.
