Sales Associate (m/w/d)

Tätigkeitsbereich:

  • Verkauf der Kollektionen ESCADA und ESCADA SPORT
  • Betreuung und Beratung unserer nationalen und internationalen Kunden
  • Kontaktpflege zu Neu- und Stammkunden
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Marketing-Maßnahmen und Events
  • Warenpräsentation gemäß der ESCADA VM-Guidelines
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Reservierungen
  • Allgemeine Kassentätigkeiten sowie Abrechnung der Verkaufsabschlüsse
  • Warenannahme, Lagerpflege und Preisauszeichnungen
  • Mitwirkung bei Inventuren und Bestandskontrollen

Fachliche und persönliche Qualifikationen:

  • Idealerweise Ausbildung im Einzelhandel sowie Erfahrung im Verkauf
  • Erfahrung in der Luxusgüterbranche von Vorteil, vorzugsweise in der Modeindustrie
  • Ausgeprägte Servicementalität und Freude am Beraten von Kunden
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Kassen- und CRM-Systemen
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Proaktivität und Engagement
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen wie Polnisch oder Russisch sind sehr von Vorteil
