• Support and optimisation of IT-supported sales processes in cooperation with the business
• Expert advice for business users

• Developing, implementing, managing and improving ESCADA Infrastructure

• Manage vendors by SLA and SoW discussions
• Applying relevant technology, process and application knowledge
• Ensuring in collaboration with business and other IT departments that necessary system & process changes are

• Constantly increase knowledge about innovative infrastructure technology across all functions and markets

• Strong service related and KPI driven mindset
• In-depth knowledge of current information technology and IT services within a MS Windows environment, LAN, WAN,
cloud and hardware. MacOS knowledge is a plus
• Retail / Wholesale / eCom process know how in the fashion industry is a plus
• Good analytical and conceptual skills as well as the interest to work independently within a global team
• Strong communication and conflict management skills
• PRINCE2, Scrum or ITIL certification is a plus
• Proficiency in English and German, additional language is a plus
• Must be willing to travel as needed (average travel time can be 20%)
