Returns and Refunds

Can I return a product I've ordered?

Certainly. You can return a product ordered in the ESCADA E-Store within 14 days. We will gladly accept returns of items that are in new condition, with the original tags attached.  Return items must not be worn, washed or altered. Returns will be credited to the original form of payment after being received back to our fulfillment location and checked for newness. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of the processing of the return. Returns may incur a shipping fee based on your ship-from location. Charges will be deducted from your return credit.

Please be aware that we can only accept products for return that were ordered in the ESCADA E-Store. Should you have any questions regarding a product that you have bought in a retail store, please contact the store where you purchased the item. Please see the store finder for an overview of all ESCADA stores.

How can I return a product?

To ensure that we can process your return as quickly as possible, go to our returns portal here and begin your return. You will be provided with a printable return shipping label. For further assistance, please contact our Client Service team via email at support@escada.com. We will respond within 24 hours.

Can I exchange a product for another size?

To ensure that we can process returns as quickly as possible, we are not able to exchange your return for another item. If you would like to exchange your product for another size, please place a new order and return the item that doesn't fit.

Can I cancel an order or remove and item from an order?

Currently we do not have a self-service cancel option but we are happy to help you if you want to make a change to an order.  Just email us at support@escada.com with you order number and the item(s) you would like to update. You can also get support using our live chat option during designated chat support hours.
